At Mazar & Co., all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Why No Returns?
Because we work with a network of suppliers to bring you the best prices, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mazarandco.com with your order number and photos. We will review your case and work to find a fair resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, your order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
